When you submit the contact form, the website stores your name, email, country or territory, inquiry type and message, together with any optional organization, phone or case reference you provide. Your consent, submission time and receipt number are also stored. These details are used to handle your inquiry and are kept in server-side storage outside the public website directory. They are not published in the registry or automatically forwarded by email. Do not include passwords, identity documents, contracts or private case evidence.
